Our stay at this hotel was truly an unforgettable experience. the location, spacious and very homely, was perfect for exploring the Peninsula Hot Springs and all the other attractions the Mornington Peninsula has to offer. the hosts, Sharon and Jeremy, were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. the breakfast, cooked with fresh eggs from their chickens, was delicious and a perfect start to each day. the property itself was beautiful, with a lovely garden area where we could relax and enjoy a cup of tea. Sharon's homemade muffins were a delightful touch that we looked forward to each morning. This hotel is definitely the best choice for those seeking a peaceful and relaxing getaway.

Owners were welcoming and friendly. They were always there to help but were not intrusive on our privacy. Attention to detail regarding their B&B was superb - a great deal of thought had gone into making it as comfortable and attractive as possible. Food of local produce was delicious and beautifully presented.
Nothing.

The breakfast was delicious and provided variety, but what I liked best was the fresh fruit salad and the bacon. Location wise, the place was situated near the hot springs and St Andrews beach, which were great attractions to visit during Christmas time. Another advantage was the availability of many outdoor sitting areas with lovely views that made morning coffee worth it.
Although the environment was comfortable, the place was on the expensive side. Another downside was the lack of nearby dining options, which was frustrating over the Xmas period.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness exceeded my expectations, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. I was able to find parking easily, and the hotel was located close to the coast, which made it perfect for beach lovers like myself. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. the location away from city life down to the post office was a bonus that made the stay even more enjoyable.
It was all superb.

the property was near the beaches which were perfect for a seaside getaway. the rooms were equipped with comfortable beds and the breakfast was amazing, made with fresh ingredients. We found the hosts to be welcoming and knowledgeable about the area, providing tips on places to explore, along with a personal touch.
the property did not have a shuttle service, which made traveling to the attractions on the Peninsula a bit difficult for those without their own transportation.
